Returns Policy for Online Purchases (UK)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return items purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
If you wish to return an item, please contact info@scubauk.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 14 days.
Exemptions: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Lifetime Warranty
We stand by the quality and durability of our products. This product includes a lifetime warranty covering defects in the 3D-printed body of the dive mirror.
What’s Covered:
- Cracks, breaks, or material failure of the 3D-printed body under normal use.
What’s Not Covered:
- The bungee cords, the mirror itself, or any other accessories.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.
How to Claim:
If you encounter an issue with the 3D-printed body, please reach out to us at forlife@scubauk.co.uk with:
- Proof of purchase.
- Photos or a detailed description of the issue.
If the issue qualifies under the warranty, we will repair or replace the 3D-printed body free of charge.
